Last post!

Hey all!

It's the last post I shall be posting before going to Toronto, and probably even Israel. Don't worry, you shall all be hearing from me hopefully during my journey in Israel! I will try to keep you up to date! We are all almost ready! I set out to Toronto on Saturday. I will be taking the train. I am so excited! However the next day after I arrive, there will be an early practice... To be honest, I am quite excited for the early practice, makes me feel athletic! Thank you all for supporting me, I know I have said this multiple times, however it means the world to me.
Hopefully you will all hear from me soon,

I know I have missed a week, sorry I know my fascinating posts were well missed however do not fear, here is another one! (Wink) How are you all doing? Well I am doing very well! Only a week and a bit before I will be leaving for Toronto for my intense training. We are just getting all the final detail ready and soon I will be on may way! The weather is getting warmer and warmer here, however if you think about it, Israel will be ten times worst! It will be totally worth it though! Thanks again for all the support, I really couldn't have done it without you all!

Walkathon in Ottawa

Hey all

How are you all doing? Are you guys getting excited? Well I know I am! Anyways it is once again Wednesday! This weekend the Jewish community has gotten together to walk in a walkathon, of course for those of you  who may be wondering- What in the world is a walkathon, well with is like a marathon, however you walk, though some prefer to run, and instead of it being 42 km, it is only 1-3 kilometers. For the first kilometer I carried jazzy on my back for the whole kilometer! It was quite tiring, however it was manageable :) Anyways I would have never felt so excited with all of your support! Thanks a million!!!

OMJS Graduation

Hey all!

This Sunday past was the OMJS graduation ceremonies... I, of course did not graduate however my sister is now moving to grade 7! Congratulations Jazzy Boo! We are all very proud of you! Soon you will be graduating OMJS and will be able to volunteer with me, her beloved athletic sister ;D I got flowers at the ceremony :) It made me happy. I am currently in the middle of doing my chemistry summative, which are big tests worth 10% of my mark, and I am also completing my law summative, which is a research project, and I have chosen to do my project on forensic psychology , which happens to be a very interesting topic. I am getting into biking recently, it is a very freeing activity, plus it keeps me in shape which is excellent! Time is approaching! Thanks everyone who is supporting me!

More Fundraising! More hard work!

Hey all!,

How are you this fine humid evening? Well, yes it is once again Wednesday, and I am at another meeting just to make sure we all know what tasks must be accomplished by the end of the week, so far i'd say we are doing quite well! Tomorrow team Ottawa will be hosting a wine evening, it will be much fun! The weather has lightened up quite a bit, which is encouraging, however it seems as though it may once again thunder storm. I suppose that will help our grass :). Starting all of my summatives, which are later! Stay positive! Thanks for all the support :)

A spring cleaning

Hey all!

So as you have guessed it is Wednesday. Today mom is away in New Brunswick so it is just me and my aunt. We are getting a lot done. The weather is slowly clearing up, as it has been raining on and off. This is giving us a great spring cleaning!  Hopefully it will be clear blue skies for the rest of the week, however the plants may enjoy it. The weather is perfect! I am continuing with my fitness schedule, and because of that lovely electronic device, a Wii machine I am able to keep fit even at home when the weather outside is not too good. The end of may is approaching  quickly! I am getting all my doctor forms filled out! Soon I will be ready to hit the road and begin my journey to Israel. Of course none of this would be possible without all the help from my sponsors! Thank you all!

Back in business!

Hi all!
So I missed a meeting with my mom and aunt because mom had a work dinner. We had Indian food. It was quite good, however I am glad to be at another meeting just to make sure everything is going according to schedule. So far so good. Last week was a busy week, I had my multicultural show, in which I was in the K-pop number. For those of you who aren't familiar with k-pop it is Korean pop music. There is a choreography with the music. It was great! Still trying to keep fit, and also continuing my intense job search. School is getting even more intense with all my exams coming up! Getting more and more excited!!! Thank you all for helping me achieve my goal!! All the support counts.

A warm day in Ottawa

Hi all!
Guess what! It's Wednesday! You all know what that means... another meeting! Time is passing quickly. Yesterday I finally got out to get some touches on the soccer ball. I was out for about an hour. It felt great to finally play with a ball again. Today I went out again, but it was so hot today, I must start drinking some more water... It's shorts season! Finally summer has arrived, we all thought that winter was never going to end. School is getting harder seeing as we are nearing the end of the school year so I am getting lots of tests and projects due. Finally my drivers ed in-class classes are over! I am still searching for a job, aside from my job at OMJS. It's harder then it looks! I am getting more and more excited for July to arrive! Thanks for all the support!

Yet another week of hard work

Hey everybody,
How are you all doing? I am doing quite well. Finally the snow is disappearing. It is Wednesday again and so I am at another intense meeting. They actually are quite fun. This weekend I was on a trip with my Jewish youth group Frosty. I had a blast! Time seems to be going faster and faster. After every passing moment I am getting more and more excited! just a few more months and I will be on my way to Israel! Unfortunately it started to rain quite heavily so I couldn't go on my jog, however tomorrow the jogging path and myself have a date. Hopefully it will be a lovely day! Thanks for all your support, everybody, I really appreciate it!

Happy Birthday Israel!

Hi all!
So once again, I'm at my weekly meeting seeing as it's Wednesday. Yesterday was Israel's birthday and so I went to a parade celebrating it. Along with my fellow team mates, we lead the parade. We had a huge banner that said Maccabi Canada in huge letters. It was really fun. Maccabi Ottawa had a booth open and we sold many raffle tickets! Today for the first time this year, I went running outside. The weather was amazing! It felt great to be outside in the fresh air. I plan to go running some more tomorrow. It was funny because the cars passing by looked at me funny because I was in shorts, and it wasn't that warm. It's been a busy week! Once again, I can't thank my mother and my aunt enough for their amazing and dedicated hard work. Also, I can't thank all my sponsors enough either. Thank you all very much for all the support!
Go team Canada!

Also I would like to thank my aunt, Sharon Rosenberg, you are also working very hard ! I really appreciate it... So anyways today I am at another meeting with my aunt and mom. School is still fun, today we had an assembly about different colleges near Ontario. Life goes by so quickly! Gotta intensify my work out, as soon as the snow melts, which hopefully will be pretty soon, I will begin training outside in the field and work on my agility and ball skills. Thanks again to all my sponsors, I appreciate all the support so much! I am so excited! only a few more months to get as fit as possible!
